‘Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Cosmos’ Broadcasts Extra Forged

The official web site of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Cosmos motion pictures revealed on Tuesday 9 further solid members. The primary film is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on June 9, with the second film opening on June 30.

Tomoya Takahashi (Gatchaman Crowds assistant director) is helming the films at Toei Animation and Studio Deen. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Everlasting) is penning the script and Kazuko Tadano (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon) designed the characters. Yasuharu Takanashi (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal) is composing the music.

Commemorating the unique collection’ twentieth anniversary, the reboot was introduced in 2012, with the intention to adapt the manga extra faithfully. The primary two anime seasons, masking the Darkish Kingdom and Black Moon arcs, streamed semimonthly on Niconico starting July 2014 and later premiered on tv in Spring 2015. The third season, based mostly on the Infinity arc, aired in Spring 2016.

The newest two-part film sequel, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Everlasting, opened in theaters on January 8 and February 11 2021.
